Submit your rental scenario, quantity, rental period, and contact details. A quote will be provided after confirmation.
Confirm & Pay Deposit
After confirming the quotation, pay a 30% rental deposit and sign the rental agreement by email.
Device Preparation
Devices are prepared according to stock availability and confirmed delivery time. Accessories can be provided by contract.
Pick-up or Delivery
Pick up at the Sha Tin office by appointment, or arrange SF Express. Delivery fees are charged based on actual cost.
Use & Support
7×12 technical support is available by phone or WhatsApp. On-site technical staff can be arranged for large events.
Return & Refund
After return inspection, the deposit will be refunded according to the contract if there is no damage or loss.

Deposit Policy
- Individual customers pay deposits according to the model deposit standard.
- Cash and bank transfer are supported.
- Government and public institutions may be eligible for deposit exemption with official documents and long-term agreement.
Damage Compensation
- Scratch charges are based on severity.
- Screen or button damage is priced according to the model and condition.
- Device loss or serious damage is compensated according to the contract price.
- Accessory loss follows the rental agreement.
Overdue Policy
- 1–7 days overdue: charged at 1.5× according to overdue days.
- More than 7 days overdue may be treated as device loss and compensated according to the contract.
Discount Policy
- Bulk rental discount available.
- Continuous rental over 3 months may enjoy 10% monthly rental discount.
- Returning customers may receive 2% off each repeated rental, up to 20%.
- Referral rewards can be converted into rental deductions.
Compliance Policy
- All models are OFCA-certified where applicable.
- Private network models use legal PMRS frequencies to reduce compliance risks for customers.
